Meduzarts is well known for its high quality 3D matte paintings, 3D environments and character designs. Meduzarts is presently looking for a lead artist who has the skills and the desire to develop himself as a producer and is eager to be an active part of a growing studio.

Under the supervision and the coaching of the founder of Meduzarts, the Producer is responsible to manage the relation with major clients such as Lucas film or Ubisoft; he obtains and treats all the information required to complete the 2D and 3D projects. He/she will be the key communicator between the client and the production team and ensure the successful completion of the projects. More specifically, he will:

- Simultaneously manage with success several projects;
- Evaluate and negotiate with the client the budget and time required for the projects;
- Establish an excellent business relationship with the clients and manage clients’ expectations;
- Obtain from the clients the necessary information and analyze according to the production needs and requirements;
- Insure a constant follow-up with the client during the different projects’ steps on many aspects such as: required information, quality of the deliverables, modifications, approvals;
- Identify on a proactive way client’s potential problems and generate innovative solutions.

Skills required:

- Experience as a lead artist in 3D or equivalent;
- Experience in client management an asset;
- Ability to negotiate with clients;
- Interest in learning new responsibilities;
- Very ease in written and spoken English;
- Very well developed communication and organization skills;
- Great team spirit!
