Hi there!
It took me quite a long time to decide where to put this matte painting. Finally it ended up here in the digital painting section, since I had more paint work to do then manipulation. I think it's a good mix between photo manipulation and digital painting. 50/50  The character is Sophie Collier aka lockstock ([link])! Thank you! It's entirely done with Photoshop CS.
