Hi there!
Maybe I'm a bit early with that topic, but I think it's a good time to start with winter landscapes.
Based on the concept "Snowscape", I started with some photos of exteriors I found on the net.
Finally I painted everything together and turned it into a small moody village at dusk.
The rationality stopped me in painting some more timeconsuming details. I could have spent ages in painting all that stuff.
The original is at 4k resolution.
Surely too much space for small brushes ...

As Winter draws its head for another snowy season (depending on where you live, of course!) take a look at Environment: Winter Village by ~I-NetGraFX. Just a spectacular amount of detail went into the scene and a sure taste of what's to come! (Suggested by ~himizu and Featured by `halfliquid)
